Double toggle jaw crusher is constructed from mild steel for the enhanced capacity for heavy load applications. Mild steel is also used to fabricate oscillating jaw which is fitted on main shaft. Anti frictional bearings are provided for the smooth running of the eccentric shaft. Manganese steel is used to fabricate jaw plates and chic plates to offer high wear resistance. Double toggle jaw crusher is provided with two flywheels, v-grooved wheel and OD wheel. Flywheels are used as pulleys. V-grooved wheel is for v-belt drive and flat OD wheel is for flat belt drive. In order to change out let gap, mild steel plates are used to add or remove between main body and toggle plate.
