These ‘U’ Blenders are also available with all contact parts of Stainless Steel. The feeding will take place from hopper through top cover, while discharge may be taken out either from center or from the end, with the help of a screwed door. The leak proof working is suitable to sealing blocks is solid. This out material again sent to elevator. This elevator has two outputs that provide two type of material. One fine material which is sent to fourth elevator for screening or direct for packing as customer requirement and remain material that is to be sent for further process.
These U-Mixers are equipped with two parallel counter-rotating intermeshing paddle shafts. The adjustable angle of inclination of the mixing paddles allows perfect adaptation to the different characteristics of the materials and to the requirements of the mixing process. These are used for mixing of powders, sludge granulation and neutralization, as well as for the conditioning of powders (dust), ashes, or sludge.
