It is a cylindrical grinder having three different compartments and screen. Replaceable liners or balls are fixed inside entire mill. Balls are made of stainless steel, rubber and other metals with reference to material to be ground. Different sizes of balls are used as a grinding media in the ball mills. Material and shape of the liners are depends on the size of the material. It is called continuous ball mill due to its continuity of operation. The material is gradually ground in the mills. Material to be ground is fed at the one end and discharged at the other end. There is hollow Trunnion at the both ends to feed and discharge the material. It contains diaphragm to maintain the level of material as well as to control the retention time. Inner surface of the cylinder is build up of abrasion resistant material. Well finished products obtained at the end of the procedure. For the proper and punctual finishing and particle size, it is provided with electric control panel and dust collector.

It is a kind of grinder, used to ground different types of materials like chemicals, ceramic material, paint or etc. For pottery, coal and feldspar are ground in continuous ball mill. It is also used for the fertilizer, ferro alloys, cement, pencil, marble, minerals, coal, glass ceramics and silicates.

There are two fixed tiers on both ends of the mill. Rollers are fixed on support. Ball mill rotates on its axis. Mill rotates on four roller and two tiers. It is provided with girth gear along with gear box and motor.
